Job Title: HR Generalist Consultant (Junior/Mid-Level)

Location: Rivonia, Johannesburg with hybrid flexibility (minimum half-day in-office requirement)

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable HR Generalist Consultant to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

Provide HR consultation to clients on various issues including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies that support client business objectives.
Conduct needs assessments with clients to understand HR requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Support clients in the execution of core HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee development.
Manage client HR projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and ensure compliance across client organizations.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops on HR practices and policies.
Prepare and present reports and metrics to clients to demonstrate the effectiveness of HR initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in an HR role; previous experience in HR consulting is advantageous but not required.
Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
Adaptable to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and initiative.
Willingness to embrace the consulting model of working with a commitment to client service excellence.
Willingness to travel to visit clients.
